5. 3 to 5 days turn around on lab results. Of course that’s the case because they are sent out of state and extra charge that you pay.
6. They hire individuals out of the newspaper all the time and call them collectors. No training or certification on any of the drug testing collectors.
7. Their top clients are from companies that they sit on the board of directors.
8. No mobile units.
9. Weekend hours not provided.
10. Faxed results (if numbered dialed right).
